i've conducted hundreds of interviews in the last 2 to 3 years and during those interviews i would always ask questions that would usually catch the applicant off guard. Now you may ask "are you serious?!" when you get to hear those questions but hey, it's a way for me to peek into their minds and see how they think (if they can actually think hehehe) and how they would react when asked something they are not expecting, my top three favorites below (excuse me they are in tagalog but during interviews I try to deliver them in english) and whatever their answer is, I will surely rebut hehehehe;
"bakit bilog ang man hole?"
"kumakain ka barbecue? tingin mo bakit yung taba laging nasa dulo?"
"yung bang tao sa loob nang mascott ngumigiti kapag picture taking?"
