I have been accused of favoritism in the workplace..
and my reply... a resounding YES! I do have favorites!
allow me to explain...
who are my favorites? those people i can rely on and have proven themselves. They are the ones that I can ask them to do something and I can leave the office and go home and sleep in peace without worrying that things can't be done exactly the way I want it and more.
Now, can you blame me if I have favorites?
